The Minerva Holiday Home is immersed in the greenery of a centuries-old olive grove, just under 2 km from the most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda and just 200 meters from the historic center of Manerba del Garda.

First floor attic apartment of 120 square meters, renovated in 2019, can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people; it is ideal for large families.

Bed sheets and towels will be provided in the structure, you will have one set available for each person for each booking.
The supply of linen and final cleaning are not included in the accommodation cost and amount to a total of 240 euros for each booking.
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 150 which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
