On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and bright living area with a large, comfortable sofa, TV corner, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you access a room with a double sofa bed, a large wardrobe, and a first bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a second full bathroom, a double bedroom with a balcony and ample wardrobe, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Outside, the garden features a covered patio with a dining table and a lounge area with two deck chairs – perfect for reading a book or soaking up the sun. The property also includes a garage with a washing machine, private parking, and Wi-Fi throughout. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the double bedroom, while the twin bedroom is equipped with a fan. Thanks to its location, AnnaLand is the perfect starting point for exploring Lake Garda and the charming nearby towns such as Desenzano, Sirmione, and Salò.

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.

Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels between 30 and 15 days before arrival.

The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he cancels in the 15 days before arrival.

The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he does not show up.
