The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals independently. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV, while the dining table is perfect for sharing meals and enjoyable moments together. Large windows provide direct access to the generous private terrace, an ideal space for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing during the day or spending pleasant evenings together. From the living area, a hallway leads to the main sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms. The first is a comfortable double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, complete with shower, washbasin and bidet. The second bedroom features two single beds and is served by a second fully equipped bathroom, also with shower, washbasin and bidet. This bathroom also includes a washing machine, providing extra convenience, especially for longer stays. An internal staircase from the living area leads to the upper floor, where the second double bedroom is located. This room offers additional privacy and tranquillity and also features a comfortable desk, providing a dedicated workspace for guests who need to work during their stay or simply want a quiet place to use their laptop. All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law.

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia.
Check IN will take place from 16:00 to 19:30.
Check OUT will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.
