Located within the brand-new residential complex Le Ninfe del Garda, Sirmia is a modern and bright first-floor apartment designed to provide comfort, convenience and relaxation during your stay on Lake Garda. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it is an ideal choice for families, couples or small groups looking for elegant, modern and newly built accommodation.

The entrance leads directly into the spacious open-plan living area, a bright and welcoming space combining the kitchen, living area and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals independently. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV, while the dining table is perfect for sharing meals and enjoyable moments together. Large windows provide direct access to the generous private terrace, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax during the day or spend a pleasant evening together. From the living area, a hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms. The first is a comfortable double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, complete with shower, washbasin and bidet. The second double bedroom is served by a second fully equipped bathroom, also with shower, washbasin and bidet. This bathroom also includes a washing machine, providing extra convenience, especially for longer stays. Sirmia features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a Smart TV, as well as everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment also comes with a private covered parking space and a reserved outdoor parking space, particularly convenient for guests arriving by car.

Guests can enjoy the shared facilities and services of Le Ninfe del Garda, a brand-new residential complex completed in 2026. The complex features a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing on warm summer days. Each apartment also has two sun loungers reserved for its guests by the pool. The complex is equipped with an elevator, garage, reserved outdoor parking spaces and a dedicated bicycle area with a bike rack, ideal for guests who wish to explore Lake Garda by bike.

All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law.

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia.
Check IN will take place from 16:00 to 19:30.
Check OUT will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels between 30 and 15 days before arrival.
The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he cancels in the 15 days before arrival.
The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he does not show up.

Sirmia is located in Colombare di Sirmione, in a convenient area for reaching the historic centre and the main attractions of the peninsula. The famous Scaligero Castle of Sirmione is approximately 3 km away, allowing guests to easily combine days exploring the area with relaxing moments by the pool.
