The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals independently. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV, while the dining table is perfect for sharing meals and enjoyable moments together. Large windows provide direct access to the generous private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing during the day or spending pleasant evenings together. From the living area, a hallway leads to the main sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms. The first is a comfortable double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, complete with shower, washbasin and bidet. The second double bedroom is served by a second fully equipped bathroom, also with shower, washbasin and bidet. This bathroom also includes a washing machine, providing extra convenience, especially for longer stays. An internal staircase from the living area leads to the upper floor, where a third bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed is located. All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law.

Check IN will take place from 16:00 to 19:30.
Check OUT will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.
