The apartment is situated on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It welcomes guests into a bright open-plan living area, featuring a modern lounge with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for a carefree stay. The highlight of the property is the spacious terrace, accessible from every room, offering a lovely view of the pool and a charming glimpse of the lake. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing breakfasts, outdoor lunches, or dinners at sunset. The sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged: a hallway with a built-in wardrobe and washing machine leads to a bedroom with bunk beds and a spacious master bedroom with a large wardrobe. The apartment also features two bathrooms: a guest bathroom with sink and toilet, and a second full bathroom equipped with double sink, bidet, toilet, and shower.

Bright and well-distributed spaces ensure direct access to the terrace from every room, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law.

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.
Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels between 30 and 15 days before arrival. The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he cancels in the 15 days before arrival. The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he does not show up.
