The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.

Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels between 30 and 15 days before arrival. The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he cancels in the 15 days before arrival. The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he does not show up.
