The apartment is located entirely on the ground floor, you enter directly into the bright living room which houses the dining table, a sofa, the TV and the kitchen complete with everything you need including a dishwasher.
The living room overlooks the porch where it is possible to have lunch and dinner outdoors, the porch is located on the ground floor facing the shared swimming pool.
From the living room you then go to the first bedroom with two single beds, to the complete bathroom with shower and finally to the double bedroom with double bed.
The entire apartment has Wifi service. You can park your car in a reserved garage.
The apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning. The single split is placed in the corridor in order to cool the entire apartment.
The shared swimming pool is reserved for only eight units, it should be noted that it has a deeper part of 1.40 meters and therefore according to the law The D.g.r. n° 8/2552 of 17 May 2006 the use of the same is the complete responsibility of the users.
