Villa Melodica – Elegance, comfort and privacy for families and groups

Nestled in greenery and strategically located in Calvagese della Riviera, Villa Melodica is a newly built, fully independent villa – the perfect choice for hosting up to 8 people, whether family or friends.

The property is spread over two separate floors, each with its own private entrance, ensuring maximum privacy for all guests. A spacious private garden surrounds the entire villa and features a swimming pool, sun loungers, a cozy outdoor seating area for relaxing in the shade of the umbrella or enjoying an aperitif. Upon request and for an additional cost, a sauna is also available.

The ground floor can be accessed either from the garage or directly from the garden entrance. It opens onto a bright and spacious open-plan living area with TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.

The first floor is reached via an external staircase. At the top, guests will find a large terrace with an outdoor dining table. Inside, the layout mirrors that of the ground floor: an open-plan living area and two double bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Melodica is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Guests also have access to two garages with a laundry area, perfect for parking cars securely and conveniently.

Thanks to its peaceful yet well-connected location, the villa is the ideal starting point for discovering Lake Garda and the beautiful surrounding region.

All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

The customer pays 50% of the total cost if he cancels between 30 and 15 days before arrival.

The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he cancels in the 15 days before arrival.

The customer pays 100% of the total cost if he does not show up.
