A convenient hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The washing machine is located in the hallway.

The residence features a stunning approximately 30-metre infinity-edge swimming pool, shared with the other apartments in the complex. Two sun loungers are also available for guests to use in the pool area, ideal for making the most of warm summer days.

All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .

The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30.

Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
